Program Structure
Using a proprietary sequence of eight modules, the program leverages associated work assignments to support the development of your new venture.
Participants will learn how to assess the industry and market attractiveness for their business idea, develop minimum viable products and services {online or physical}, prioritise customer acquisition strategies for early traction, and generate full financial statements.
Throughout the program, participants refine their businesses' hypothesised business model based on instructor, peer, and customer feedback.
At the end of the course, you will leave fully equipped with the tools and frameworks required to create and launch your new business startup (online or physical business).

Her work integrates neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and behavioural transformation, helping individuals understand how thought patterns shape decisions, emotional responses, and long-term performance. Through this approach, she enables leaders to develop greater clarity, resilience, and self-leadership.
Maureen is the author of Rewire Your Brain with Neuroscience and Scripture Every Day and host of the Lead To Excel Podcast,where she explores the intersection of mindset renewal, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and faith.
She has delivered workshops, leadership programmes, and keynote presentations for organisations including the University of Kent, NHS UK, Johnson & Johnson, and Eli Lilly, as well as churches and Christian leadership communities, helping leaders apply neuroscience-informed strategies to everyday leadership, decision making, and personal renewal.

She is also the Director of Events for Brevity Anderson which is a major player in the Oil and Gas Industry, responsible for producing global summits including the Nigerian International Petroleum Summit (NIPS) for the Federal Government of Nigeria and aimed at creating the platform for the world to meet Nigeria’s Oil and Gas players.
In 2019 she was awarded the Wedding Director of the Year from Luxury Travel Guide - LTG Wedding Awards for her creative work in the weddings industry.Blessing is a certified Learning and Development professional and holds a Master’s Degree in Education (MEd) from the University of Greenwich. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). As the Virtual Learning Lead for SECAmb NHS Foundation Trust, a position she held from 2008 – 2013, she was solely responsible for developing and implementing the Virtual Learning Strategy and Platform for the organisation.
